OPCC President Sri Niranjan Patnaik welcomed senior MLA Sri Jeorge Tirky to Congress Part along with a group of strong activist fighting to save Mahanadi River who joined congress early today. He also briefed media about the deep political crisis, the collapsed government and the poor governance in the state of Odisha. He also exposed the relationship between BJD and BJP Government.
